This weapon is part of the handguns.

This pistol, developed by the Yuma Flats Energy Consortium, might have a name similar to the pulse grenade, but does not utilize an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) but an electric pulse. Unlike the EMP this does not only damage electronics, but also pretty much everything else. Kind of like a lightning strike.
