Rifles (skill)

This is the skill o use shotguns and rifles, in other words, all weapons that are used two handed and braced at the shoulder. This does not only apply to shooting those weapons, but also to taking care of them, cleaning them and small repairs.

The starting value is: 5 + 2 * A + S + P
